Train with Coach Jay Alvin, CEO of Ocho’s Dojo, to learn the fundamentals of strength training and instill new healthy habits starting in August of 2023. This class is for Adult Women who want to make fitness as fun as possible via circuit style group training. Free Trials for this class will take place on Tuesday, July 25 and Thursday, July 27.
