Train with Coach Jay Alvin, CEO of Ocho’s Dojo. Semi-Private Training is group training for 2-4 people per session. Groups are kept small so as to ensure each person gets the high quality and customized coaching they need. Sport Performance training is perfect for athletes who need strength training as well as mobility training. Coach Jay believes that training is the main purpose of injury prevention while fine tuning athletic movement patterns. You can expect a strong team atmosphere and high energy each and every time.

*all purchases are through a monthly subscription that will automatically renew each month on your original purchase date*

*all packages guarantee either 4 or 8 training days per package and must be used within 30 days of purchase*

$30 per session/ $120 for 4 session/ $240 for 8 sessions
